چکیده

A. Addendum to Lemma 1: There are two cases depending on whether one of the firms dominates the market. The case where no firm dominates the market is described in Lemma 1. The following table states the equilibrium prices and profits when one of the firms dominates the market. We describe the equilibrium only when Firm 1 dominates the market for (T, T),(CU, CU) and (CM, CM) as the results are symmetric when Firm 2 dominates.
